    I just upgraded to the Business License. When I enter the license in the second domain, it flashes the valid date in green. Then when when I go updates I get this warning: There is an update available for The Events Calendar PRO but your license key has not been entered. I don’t seen anything in the Knowledge Base or this Forum on how to fix this. I’ve emailed for support but there’s been no response. If someone has a way to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue! I’ll try my best to make this right as soon as possible.

    Can you please check if you are being affected by the bug described in this article: Known Issue: Licensing for sites with hyphens in the URL?

    While we work out the issue here, please bear in mind you can perform a manual update of the plugin by downloading the latest version from this site (top bar > My Account > Downloads).

    Yes, I did try disconnecting and connecting again. I think I’ll wait until I move the site to st-ritaschool.org and see how it goes. Regarding the other issue, I will open a new thread. Thank you.

    Thanks for trying that out, and sorry for the inconvenience of having to update the plugins manually 🙁

    Hope someone can catch your other thread soon.

    Do you think I can close this thread and if you have further issues after moving the site we can address those in a new one? Or do you prefer we leave this one open till that gets done -not sure if that that will happen soon-?
