Pro plugin is still on V3.+ — how to update?

My license is current: *removed by admin please do not post your license key.
How do i make WP or Pro download the file. Plugins does not indicate hte need for an update. The same condition exists with my FB plugin.

Hi. Here’s how you can make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins are at their latest versions:

• Downloads / Version Numbers
• TEC Automatic Updates
• or TEC Manual Updates
