Hi, i have installed and activated the plugin of the Calendar Pro, but i didn’t see it in the menu (backoffice wp). The licence key is correct.

The plugin should be run on this site (project place)

Okay, thank you for clarifying that. Unfortunately we cannot log into customer sites for any reason. I have not logged into your site, and have removed the login information you posted here for security purposes.

Everything looks fine here, so I’m not sure what’s going on. Can you share a screenshot of the issue? You can do so by uploading the screenshot to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

Thank you for your patience here! This is taking a bit of time because we do not have any other reports of this behavior at this time; and I cannot reproduce this on my own site. So this investigation is unfortunately necessary 🙁

in the left menu the “premium” is missing.

Thank you for this!

“Premium” is not a a menu item generated by The Events Calendar or Events Calendar Pro – it sounds like you are referring to a menu item from another plugin 🙁
