    Well… I thought this was resolved until I went back in to edit a ticket… right back to where I was before.

    I am truly sorry to hear that.
    Have you tried reaching out to the theme author?

    Secondly, can you tell me if such issues happen with a newly created ticket as well (or only with older ones) ?

    Finally, would you mind running the same test with new tickets while temporarily reverting back to twenty sixteen.
