Price appears in woo but is 0 in cart

Im just setting up ticketing in a new iteration of this site and notice that when you add a ticket to the cart the price is 0 even if there is a price defined for the ticket. In fact it appears that the prices of everything in the cart goes to 0 as soon as you add a ticket.

The ticket looks ok in woocommerce to me

If you start here http://griffinmuseum.org/wordpress2016/programs-events/

You can see tickets for either event. But when you add them to cart and then view the cart they appear as $0.00

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’m sorry about this issue with the pricing in the cart. Let’s dig in.

Was this happening also earlier, or this started only after an update? I see you are using WP 4.7, so I’m wondering if it appeared with that.

Could you please run a test for conflicts? Please deactivate all plugins, except for the four Calendar ones and WooCommerce and check if the issue still exists or not. It would also be great if you could switch to a default theme, like twentysixteen while you are doing this, to eliminate all possible interference.

If the issue is not there like that, then running a full test is recommended. Here is a guide for that:

Andras Sorry i did all that before i opened the support ticket- but didn’t go deep enough in disabling the woocommerce plugins. Turns out to be

WooCommerce – Name your own price
Allows users to set their own price (can also be used for donations)

There are other plugins that provide the same functionality so lets not worry about it further. I’ll find another one that works

Thanks for checking that and letting me know the results. It’s a bummer for that plugin and I hope you find one that works well with The Events Calendar.
