ParticipantHi There, just wanted to let you know that I just spent hours testing conflicts between the Events Calendar Pro and my theme and all my plugins and guess what I discovered, it’s a conflict within your plugin when you switch from “month” view to “week” view. As soon as I used “week” view the buttons to advance to the next week would not work. From there when I switched back to “month” view it would no longer work either! Please take a good at that and fix the issue that you have within your plugin. I just purchased and downloaded Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus today if you are wondering which versions I’m using.

I am sorry to hear that you had to spend so much time doing tests.
I would love to help you with this topic.As a first step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

I am not quite sure why this happens on your install (I should have a better idea with the system information and the URL).
On my end, the only case where the arrows to do not appear is when there is actually no events for the following or the previous week.Hang in there as we try to figure this one out!

Thank you for writing back and for the system info.
Thank you also for clarifying what the issue is on your end.Unfortunately, I am a struggling to reproduce it on my end with a basic WordPress install and a default WordPress theme.
There is nothing obvious in your configuration that should generate this issue as far as I know.Could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) in a private reply so that I can run some tests on my end ?
I would also be curious to know how much memory is allocated to WordPress in your wp-config file and if there is any timeout value defined for script execution ?
