    Hi Anwar,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks, and clicking Save Changes.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try going to Events Settings < General and unchecking “Use Javascript to control date filtering” and click Save Changes.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Dear Jaime,

None of above mentioned solution worked for me. Please give me a prefect solution. I hope my above question is well said. I guess you did not have read it well or understand well. If you did not get it or url or screen shot are not enough please let me know. I will explain my question with more screen shots and information. But i feel the question and screen shot with url are very much simple to understand. Thanks for your reply.

    Regards,

    Hi Anwar,

Thank you for your response.  I just want to set expectations up front and let you know that I may not be able to give the perfect solution right off the bat.  Everyone has a unique combination of plugins, themes, and code on their site and sometimes it may take a little back and forth before we start to get to the meat of the issue.

I can assure that I can see and understand your issue.  I cannot replicate on my own test site, but I will do my best to help you.

As a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
    This is usually because of:

    1.    A conflict with another plugin

    2.    A conflict with your WordPress theme

    3.    A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.

A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.

The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:

    1.    Make a backup of your database

    2.    Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)

I noticed that you are displaying the previous and next links above the calendar as well.  You may also want to keep in mind that customizations may cause this issue, and see if the issue still occurs without customizations.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Anwar,

I’m glad to see that we have been able to find the root of the issue.

Unfortunately, The Events Calendar does not support Polylang. As far as multilingual support goes, we officially support WPML for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO with instructions to set that up here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/

You are welcome to reach out to Polylang and see if they have any suggestions that may be able to help you get things to play nice together, but you may also want to consider alternative options.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
