We were looking at upgrading to pro but have some questions?
Can we print from the Calendar? event the notes to go with each event?
On the recurring events can I put diffent information on each date? (we post agendas for each meeting?)

Hi Gina,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in the PRO plugin. There is not a built in way to print the calendar. However, you may be able to change your site’s template to make it easier, or you can add a custom stylesheet or another plugin to gain that functionality. Ability to Print a list of Upcoming Events

Recurring events work as identical entries with different dates. So although they will show up on your calendar multiple times, they need to have the same description in order to stay as recurring events. If you change the description on one, it will break it out of the recurrence series as an independent event. If you’d like to post agendas for each meeting, I recommend that you either link to a document with the agenda, or find a third-party plugin that allows some other addition to custom post types that would work with our events.
