GuestHi Guys
I really love your plugin but i got a question before buying it. I will like to buy your plugin to integrate it to my website but am not sure if i will be able to design it to look like this website that i love https://www.eventbrite.com/

I am using developers and they said they can design using the plugin to look like the website above and it functionality.
It this task possible to achieve.
I look forward to your quick reply.
Cheers.

MemberHi Nick,
Happy Monday and I hope you had a great weekend!
Good question. The Events Calendar is very developer-friendly in the sense that you can override any of the view templates that come with the plugin with your own customized code and layout. We have a full overview of how template overrides work in our Themer’s Guide.
That said, the plugin definitely does not look the same as the example you provided right out of the box and it will take a fair amount of custom development for you to create the same layout. It is certainly possible though!
We have a number of customizing resources to help get you started:

Thanks!

MemberHi Nick and thanks for following up!
Yes, absolutely, you can create and sell tickets for The Events Calendar.
Event Tickets works directly with The Events Calendar so that you can create free tickets (like RSVPs) for your events.
You can also install Event Tickets Plus and that will allow you to create paid tickets for events by allowing to take payments using WooCommerce.
So, the plugins you will need end up being:
- The Events Calendar (free)
- Event Ticket (free)
- Event Tickets Plus
Does this sound like what you’re looking for? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

GuestHello Geoff,
Perfect this sounds good so i can get it so my developers can use it. There is one more question it allows users to submit their events as well right because we need this option too and can translate to Spanish. This is website we saw on your showcase section is a perfect example of what we need the plugin for. https://www.culinarylocal.com/
To mentioned the below is how we can make it work right?
The Events Calendar (free)
Event Ticket (free)
Event Tickets PlusNovember 4, 2016 at 12:41 am #1187581Geoff
MemberGreat question, Nick.
If you want to allow visitors to submit events to your calendar, then you will need to purchase our Community Events plugin as well.
That brings your list to:
- The Events Calendar (free)
- Event Ticket (free)
- Event Tickets Plus
- Community Events
Cheers!
