I use your products on a few sites already. I’ve had some problems with a competitor product recently and as no fix was forthcoming I started down the route of replacing their plugin with your core one, but I also needed ical feed importer. So I had no alternative but to purchase this from you to make sure it did what I needed from it.
My tests showed your product would do the job sufficiently. However, the work involved in making the transition from theirs to yours was considerable. It now appears that they are releasing a fix for this issue imminently. With this in mind, is there the possibility of a refund for this purchase of iCal Importer plugin?
I need to know what options are open me in trying to get this client site’s functionality back in place. Sorry to mess you around.
