Possibility to let users pay for placement of their events

Community events gives the possibility to let visitors or users place events on your, or a, calendar.

We want to let them pay for placement, is that possible somehow? I can imagine ofcourse we use a membership plugin and sell packages for periods of time, but then placement of events will be unlimited for users.

I bet you had similar question before so i am very curious if there is a good solution.

We do not have an out-of-the-box feature to allow payment for event submissions at this time, but we are always taking new ideas on our UserVoice Feature Ideas page.
