ParticipantI’m using the short code
[tribe_events view="month" category="dining"]to display a specific category. But when we hover over the event, the Feature image does not display: http://heartofsandysprings.fourwindsagency.us/lets-eat/But, if we load the calendar in default view, the Feature image appears on the popup: http://heartofsandysprings.fourwindsagency.us/events/month/
Is there a setting we missed, or something we can do to resolve this?

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry the featured image isn’t working with the shortcode. I tested this out in my local environment but was not able to recreate the issue…the image was showing up in the tooltip for me using the shortcode.
I do see that the image source is correct on your default events page (see screenshot) but not on the page with the shortcode (see screenshot).
Can you try running through these steps to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins, making sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing? Also, please share your system info with me so that I can see if there is anything there that might be causing this issue.
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantThanks Jennifer,
I checked the “Share system info…”, so you should now have access to it.
When I switched over the the Theme Twentysixteen, it hover image showed up. But when I switched back to my theme it quit working. Is there any way to resolve this??
Thank you!

KeymasterHello,
Unfortunately your system info didn’t come through…can you try copying/pasting it into a private reply?
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for theme conflicts, but if you can send me a copy of your theme as a Dropbox link, I’ll be happy to test it out on my end and see if there is anything that I can recommend.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks, I’ll do some testing on my end and see what I can find. Since we currently have an unusually high number of threads, it might be a day or two before I have an answer for you, but please hang in there!
You can find your system info under Events > Help > System Information (see example screenshot). If you can copy/paste what you see in the black box there into a private reply, that will be helpful in identifying what might be causing this.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Just wanted to check in and let you know that I’m still working on this – we’ve had a very high volume of threads lately, in addition to our team trip, so we are working hard to get to everything as quickly as we can.
Thanks for your patience, I’ll get back to you soon!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
