Plugin not working

Having issues posting new events on my calendar. Did the update but is now saying Key is out of installs when i purchase a year subscription that is not due until September 2016.

You are absolutely right, you should not be getting this message.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

Also, can you:

1. Tell me if your the Events Calendar Pro plugin looks activated from the plugins page ?
2. Share a screenshot of what you find under Events -> Settings -> License ?

@Justin, I am unsure as to why you are sharing your system information on this post. In any case, I highly recommend opening your own support thread to ensure you get the proper attention 🙂
