    Could you please view http://www.debrapascalibonaro.com/events/? Might you have an idea why it’s not displaying correctly?

    Also I still have the non-pro version of the plugin installed as well. Should I remove that? Will events made under the basic version still exist in the pro version when the basic version is removed?

    Hello Debra

    The Events Calendar (free) is needed in order to run Events Calendar Pro. So, don’t uninstall that ?

    Could you try changing a few settings? Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events » Settings » Display » Default stylesheet used for events templates & Events template.

    Let me know if that resolves the look for you.

    If not, a run through the Testing for Conflicts might reveal the source of the problem.

    Thank you so much! I have tried the settings you mentioned to no avail.

    I also did the troubleshooting. Disabling plugins didn’t help either. Switching themes to 2014 did get the calendar to show correctly.

    In the current them, when I’m logged in and view the site with Chrome it shows the visual editor. Looking at it that way, where the calendar should be it says “Post/Page Pagination is hidden or returned no output.”. Is that a clue to what the fix should be?

    Hello Debra

    Unfortunately, if it works with a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Fourteen, but not with your theme, then the best solution for help is to reach out to your theme’s support channels.

    It sounds like something with the theme is conflicting with our plugin.

    Can you let us know if they have any ideas?
