Plugin dissapeared

    On my list of plugins Event Tickets Plus is not showing up, although I didn’t delete it.
    When I go to try and upload again it says file is already there. I can’t find where I can get to it to either delete or update the plugin. It shows up on no settings or lists until I try and install it again. I really need it asap

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I would recommend looking in the plugins folder in your FTP application.  You can head over to the root directory for your WordPress installation and then go to /wp-content/plugins. Check to see you have the following two plugins installed:

    • Event Tickets
    • Event Tickets Plus

    If they are there, and not showing up on your site, you may want to delete them from there and re-download them from your Downloads page via the manual updates process:
