ParticipantPlease re-open the ticket here:
I sent you the conflicted bad plugin and I setup an entire new server with a clone site for your testing — you guys have not followed up on getting your fingers in that.
I’ve been in WordPress for 12+ years and worked with LOTS of plugins and know a conflict when I see one. So let’s work together and fix this. Many thanks~

MemberHi. Sorry that other thread didn’t get the attention we said it would.
Looking at this afresh, please note that we do not debug conflicts with other plugins, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Additionally, to set this up for testing on my own localhost, I’d guess it’d take quite a bit of setup.
If the issue is regarding post sort ordering, you might look into the essb_wp_query_args filter.
If that doesn’t work for you, one of Events Calendar PRO’s pre_get_posts filters may be at play here.

ParticipantI already setup a separate environment with everything running for you guys to check on both FTP and Web — just waiting for you to request it (I stated that in one of my tickets). There is nothing for you guys to install. I’ve been on WordPress for 12+ years and know what to do to make debugging simple for you guys 😉
I will hire someone outside to modify the plugin. The problem though with finding someone outside to fix something is sometimes it means constantly maintaining that fix through new iterations of multiple plugins if an underlying problem within one plugin is not fixed.
But I will check with an outside developer and let you know.
