I have done everything I can to add the license to my two domains — both have hyphens in their names. One manages to properly store the license key (st-rita.org) and the other doesn’t (st-ritaschool.org). I’ve read everything here and done everything suggested. Nothing works. Can this please be done on your end so that I don’t have to use ftp to update that site anymore.

    Thanks, Ralph

    Hey @Ralph,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having license activation issues. Can you share your “System Information” with us so that I can review some details about the makeup of your site? Here’s how to share this information → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

I only request this information because we have fixed the issue with hyphenated domain names, so I’m curious if there’s a theme or plugin conflict at play with your site specifically.

    Thank you!
    George
