Please Enable Automatic FB Group Event Fetch

I’m disappointed to see your Facebook Events product page https://theeventscalendar.com/product/facebook-events/ still claims it can import from Facebook groups, yet it clearly can’t, as repeatedly explained by your team on this forum in posts such as No Facebook from Group and FB Events not Automagically Importing from Open FB Groups with Public Events. Rather than remove the claim, I’d love to see your team finally solve the problem and add the functionality.

Hi,

I apologize for that language on the product page I have removed it.

We are interested in importing from Groups and are looking to add that as a feature. I do not have a timeline when that might happen though.

First we are working to make sure the plugin works with the latest version of the Facebook Graph API before the end of the month.

Then we will be able to start testing on what new information we can get from it and if it will now work with groups.
