ParticipantHi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m wondering about three things here:
1. What do you mean by “PIN”?
2. Can you share your system information with us? Here’s how → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
3. Our calendar does not support subdomains as slugs for the events page—so while /events/ would work, /testing/events will generally not. 🙁 I’m sorry to bear this news! But if you use something like just /events, does anything improve with your issues?
Thank you!

Participant– We already put it here: http://edmrev.com/events/, but the events on the map view still won’t stop loading.
– By PIN, I mean the PIN on the map everytime we put an event or item, like this one: http://screencast.com/t/GVko3jw6w
Here is our system information:

ParticipantThanks for this, @Jon. The information reveals that you’re using 4.1.x versions of The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar: Filter Bar plugins, but are still using the outdated 4.0.3 version of Events Calendar Pro.
So the first order of business here is ensuring that Events Calendar Pro is up-to-date. You can get version 4.1 of that plugin from your account’s downloads page on this site → http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Upgrade to 4.1 so that all of your plugins are the same consistent version, and let me know how things behave!
Thank you,
GeorgeMarch 28, 2016 at 7:49 pm #1095152Jon
ParticipantWe tried to access the download page but the only thing we can download there is the Filter Bar.

ParticipantHey Jon,
In your account, the only product I see a license for is Filter Bar. How did you obtain the other premium plugins? If you or a web developer installed those, then there might be a separate user account you need to log into to access those files.
