PHP Fatal error: Class 'Tribe__Templates' not found

I am using the latest versions of wordpress, the events calendar 4.2 and calendar pro 4.2. In my Windows 2012 R2 log file I am getting this error every few seconds.

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__Templates’ not found in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\domain.com\wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\src\Tribe\Templates.php on line 16

How do I solve this error?

1. Do you encounter this anywhere on the front-end of your site? Or only in the error log?

2. Can you post your site’s “System Information” to this thread? This will help us investigate the nature of this problem—I cannot reproduce this error and we have no other reports of it, so the System Information will be very helpful!

Only in the error log.

Hey @Norman,

Thank you for confirming that detail—I’m glad to hear this, as if it only happens in the error log, then what should follow is that it therefore does NOT cause any issues on the front end of your site.

Is this correct? Are there any visible, user-facing issues arising on your site with The Events Calendar etc.?

I am still struggling to reproduce the error, even in error logs, but we are investigating this.
