Photo view not feeding any events through and plug in appears to break others

Just purchased and not getting on well with the product. Just tested an event and the photo view is not working and is not feeding the image/event through.

The instagram plug in at the footer has stopped working.

The plug in doesn’t appear to have a shortcode to be able to drop this into any page I’d like.. Is this correct???

Hopefully we can get these things resolved as for the price you’re charging this isn’t a great start.
