Searching the forums, I can see a few posts that are related but they are months old and I still have a similar issue. When in Photo View, nothing displays.
That is, until I follow the suggestions from this post: (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/photo-view-does-not-appear/),
I get a similar result as the OP, the events display for a second, then disappear (they are there, but you can’t see them), until I add the second suggested CSS rule. Adding the second rule displays the events but they are squashed together (see pic). Will these rules simply have to remain?
Has there been any resolution? I didn’t see anything from my searches prior to making contact.

We are sorry to hear about the photo view not working properly for you.
I would love to help you with this topic.This issue seems to be closely related to compatibility with the X theme.
It probably started happening following our long overdue update of Isotope.In any case, we do have a bug ticket logged internally to address this.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, aside from using the CSS, another option would be to downgrade our plugins to before 4.4.3.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have unfortunately.

I’m passing through to mention a conflict between Events Calendar Pro’s Photo View and the X Theme.
That conflict is likely a part of the problems mentioned in this thread. We identified the conflict and the X Theme team is working on a fix within their theme code — there is not a specific release date for this fix yet, but it should be arriving fairly soon (e.g. a few weeks from the date of my posting this message, if all goes according to plan).
Please be sure to update your copy of X Theme whenever new update available, so that when this fix is finally released in the theme code, you get your hands on it as soon as it’s available.
