John, I am glad to hear that you were able to make much progress here. I am sorry for the process here–nobody likes back-and-forths with a support team, so I get the frustrations for sure. I also had a delayed response time due to an urgent and unexpected outage earlier in the week, so I apologize for that too.
As Patti mentioned, I was curious about the behavior in default themes because that is a crucial starting point–so that’s why I started there, along with the System Information, just to get an understanding of your specific issues.
Just wanted to clarify some of the thinking behind my approach here, John. Thanks for your patience with us, and thank you Patti for weighing in with our own experiences.
