John, I am glad to hear that you were able to make much progress here. I am sorry for the process here–nobody likes back-and-forths with a support team, so I get the frustrations for sure. I also had a delayed response time due to an urgent and unexpected outage earlier in the week, so I apologize for that too.
As Patti mentioned, I was curious about the behavior in default themes because that is a crucial starting point–so that’s why I started there, along with the System Information, just to get an understanding of your specific issues.
