ParticipantI’m trying to duplicate the functionality of Northpointe Church by having images only (w/ layers for title, etc) on the events page and full width banners on the individual pages.

MemberGood evening Marsha and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I’m trying to duplicate the functionality of Northpointe Church
To be able to have the exact same look and feel as that site, you would need to replicate all the customizations they have performed or simply ask for a copy of their WordPress theme.
Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We, unfortunately, do not provide complete support for customization.
In other words, this specific layout does not match any of our out-of-the-box themes.
But, the good news is that you can personalize any view to your liking.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
You can also read about customization here: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
With that in mind, the main view is not that far from the photo view. Especially if you apply the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-photo-view-to-equal-height-grid/
Have a good weekend,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Marsha,
Any idea how I can get the full width banner added to the single event page?
To achieve this, you will need to do a customization of the single event view.
- Head over to /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php
- Download the file and Open it
- Add your desired div just before the tribe-events-content div (with the banner)
- Save the file and upload it to [your-theme]/tribe-events/single-event.php
You might need to style your div to make sure it is full width.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
