pdf tickets

Hi,
Is there any way to make it so the QR code tickets are sent as a pdf? We have an older population and most of them want to print their tickets.
Please let me know if there are any workarounds or things I can do to allow our customers to print their tickets.

I would love to help you with this topic.

The short answer to this question is yes. It is most likely possible to do exactly that.
Furthermore, I can totally see how that would be an awesome feature to have.

Unfortunately, at this point this option is not built-in.
The good news is that this it in our plans.

In the meantime, you could accomplish that via template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

As an alternative, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
