ParticipantHi, When I have a page with the next events shown, if I hit the Past Events link, it show me the very first events. For exemple, I’ve event on January 2017, ok, but what about past months ? When I click Past Events, it bring to the very first event in 2012 ! My question is, is there a way to rewind the time page by page in a chronological way ?
Thank you !October 23, 2016 at 4:07 pm #1181725Hunter
ModeratorHello,
I visited your site and attempted to reproduce the behavior described, but everything worked correctly. Can you please confirm the issue is still occurring? If so, is there any way you can create a screencast of your experience and provide a link to make sure I understand the issue correctly?
If you haven’t already, please review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if a theme/plugin conflict is in play.
Thank you for your patience and have a wonderful week ahead. Cheers!

ParticipantHere a picture showing what appends. Using the french website, hitting “agenda > tous les spectacles” we get a page with November 2016, December 2016 and Janvier 2017, normal. If we click the past events link (dates passées) we can see Avril 2016, Mars 2016, Février 2016, Janvier 2016 but we miss Octobre 2016, September 2016, Juin 2016, Mai 2016, Avril 2016. From Here, if we click next events (Dates à venir), we can see those months, and hitting next events (Dates à venir) again, where back to November 2016, December 2016 and Janvier 2017. In other word, we miss on page when we hit Past Events. It occur also with other single catégories.
Here is screenshots explaining my talk.Thank you !

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for the response. I am unable to reproduce the issue on my test environment. Can you please verbally confirm you’ve ran through the Testing for conflicts guide? The view you have appears to be custom, so I don’t really have a way to mimic your exact behavior. I’m also not seeing any logged bug reports resembling your issue.
Sorry I don’t have any answers for you at the moment and please let me know the results from the Testing for conflicts guide and we’ll proceed troubleshooting. Thanks and have a good afternoon.
