    Hello,
I run a site where we do biometric/Health&Wellness screenings for companies of different sizes.
In the past I’ve used Appointment Plus but am window shopping for other solutions.

My utmost need is to password protect events. As an example; Company A has a “promo code: 6789” When they enter this promo code, only the events for there company are visible. If Company B has “promo code: 2345”, only they would see the dates that there company is allowing them to book appointment times.

Let me know if “The Event’s Calendar” has any solution in regards to password protecting events.

    Thanks!

    Hi there Lee,

Thanks for getting in touch and for your interest in our products πŸ™‚

Unfortunatelly our calendar doesn’t come packed with booking capabilities. And although it’s possible to password protect events (by using WordPress default pass functionality) this works per event and not as you seem to describe (one pass to unlock all events for a given customer). So I guess this might not be the right solution for you πŸ™

If you want to try our products out you can use The Events Calendar free version, or you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions about this,
    Best,
    Nico

    Hi Nico,
I believe your solution by utilizing the native password WP lock may solve my issue.

I’ll be purchasing to see if everything suffices my needs.

    Thank you
