Can someone please give me information as to how I can get a reimbursement after having paid twice for Eventbrite. I didn’t think the first purchase had worked after my internet crashed, so I tried again. After looking at my credit card balance, I realized that it had gone through twice.
Since this is resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you have any questions related to this or something new, please create a new ticket for us to help you out 🙂
