Paid tickets showing as free

    Hi,

    I have just installed Tickets Plus. WooCommerce is already correctly set up on my site. I’ve added a a ticket to an Event Calendar Event and selected WooCommerce rather than RSVP. I’ve set a price and saved the ticket. On viewing the event, it says free at teh top. I go back to edit the event and RSVP is selected rather than the saved WooCommerce. I’ve repeated, saved and updated the entry several times but the same thing happens.

    We are sorry to hear about the fact that your ticket is showing as free and is of an RSVP type instead of WooCommerce.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    This sometimes happens when a ticket is accidentally initially created as RSVP and then switched over to a WooCommerce ticket.
    To make a long story short, switching a ticket from one type to another simply does not work well (at least for now).

    My best recommendation would be to completely delete that ticket and create a brand new one making sure that WooCommerce is selected during creation.
