Page not found (404) for recurring events having date in URL

Hello,

I have been using your plugin quite a while. Recently, I had issue that full month calendar was not display events of any type. I upgraded the plugin to latest version 4.5.13. Upgrading fixed this issue but, now all recurring events containing date in URL are broken.

/event/fameless-karaoke-3 Works but /event/fameless-karaoke-3/2017-09-09/ don’t

I have read several posts and tried several snippets related to this issue but no success. Can you please help me debug it?
