Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry that page is showing up so badly! This is likely due to a conflict with your theme or another plugin. Can you test this out by following these instructions? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Can you also verify that you are using the most current versions of our plugins? If you don’t see a prompt to update on the Plugins page of your WordPress Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions. The current versions are:

Event Tickets: 4.5.6
Event Tickets Plus: 4.5.5
Community Events: 4.5.6
Community Tickets: 4.4.5
