Everything looks alright in your system info…for the screenshot, I was actually referring to theĀ ticket settings, which you can find under the Tickets section on the event edit screen that you send the link for. When you take the screenshot, please make sure that all of the sections are expanded so that I can see all of your settings.
I would also recommend testing for a conflict with your theme and other plugins if you haven’t done so already! If you don’t have a testing site, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your site that you can use for testing.
