I have a personal subscription for one site. It expires in October 2018. I have the message that there is an upgrade available for Events Calendar Pro but I am either out of installs or need to renew my subscription….if I just renewed in October, how am I out of installs?

Can check on your account at My Account » Licenses and see if the plugin is activated on the correct domain?
If it looks correct there, but you are still having issues, can you send me the System Info of the site that you are trying to activate it on, along with a screenshot of the Events » Settings » Licenses area where this information is displayed.
