Organizers and Venues?

Hello,

I would prefer that all the organizers and venues do not show up as suggestions when a user is creating a new event. Is there a way for it to now show up as a suggestion? But not mark the event as private, because I want the event to be searchable on the “find events” page. Is there a way to do this?

Also, I am trying to hide or remove the paragraph that is above the “submit events” page, but I am unsure of which file this would be placed in, would you be able to tell me what the file is called? As it stands, if I hide it on the submit events page, it also will disappear on the “search events” page, which I do not want to see happen.
