ParticipantHello. I have two issues
1. Why are some of my organizers being forced to have a 2 at the end of their URL structure.
a. This is a new install and not an upgrade.
b. I dont remember deleting any organizer, if I did I dont see any area where they would be in the trash.2. Why are http://www.domain.com/name being redirected to http://www.domain.com/organizer/name
a. I want http://www.domain.com/name to be used for something different than the calendar. I ONLY want http://www.domain.com/organizer/name to be used for the organizers name.October 18, 2016 at 8:39 am #1178343Bryon
ParticipantOk I am closer to figuring out the answer to #1. My db has the following:
Two of each organize. One has the status of inherit and the other has status of publish.
I will need help with that as well as #2 issue still.

ModeratorHello,
Thank you for your patience while we worked our way to your thread. We have a logged bug for issue #1, so I’ve attached this thread to the bug report for the developers to review while making improvements. Please stay tuned to our Release Notes for maintenance release info.
Can you elaborate on issue #2? Providing screenshots of your permalink settings might be helpful. Before I test the issue myself, I’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you find out.
Thanks again and have a great evening. Cheers!

ParticipantSure.
http://www.deephouselounge.com/organizer/willyum/
This is the URL that your plugin creates.
But when I type in http://www.deephouselounge.com/willyum it forwards to http://www.deephouselounge.com/organizer/willyum/
I need http://www.deephouselounge.com/willyum reserved for something else. I don’t want the events cal using that URL.

ModeratorBryon,
Thank you so much for elaborating on the issue! It makes perfect sense and I can confirm that’s the behavior I experienced on my local test environment. Try out this plugin and let me know if you’re able to get the links working as desired.
Thanks again and take care. Cheers 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
