This is something that is unfortunately outside the realm of what we can provide a tutorial on given the complexity, but we have been discussing adding frontend organizer pages (akin to frontend venue pages) in a future release. A vote for that in the Feature Requests thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-calendar-pro-feature-requests/) would certainly give it some more bearing as we plot future releases.
I know that some users have found a way to hack this together (you may want to search through past threads here), and if you get creative with your use of venues they can serve as organizers as well. If there is enough demand for the frontend organizer page feature then we will definitely be incorporating that down the road as well. My apologies that I couldn’t offer up more in the short term.
