Orders cancelled at checkout

    Hi,

    For some reason Event Tickets Plus is cancelling orders at the time of payment and suggesting the user (buyer) has already registered (they haven’t). It says it is a duplicate email address or duplicate credit card and I know for a fact it isn’t. A little help?

    I have deleted and re-installed all the Modern Tribe plug-ins including:

    Calendar
    Tickets
    Tickets Plus
