I recently set up event tickets plus for the first time. The first few orders went through without problem. The latest order was for 5 tickets but when I view the attendees it shows 10 different tickets with different Security Code going to the same order. The total tickets sold = 10 (which is correct) but the list of tickets showed 15.
Any thoughts on how to fix this or what could have caused this to happen?
Hello, Soory for the delay. Attached are the screen shots you requested. I also enabled the automatic info sharing feature. you will see that there are 10 tickets for Julie Joseph but she only paid for 5.
