ParticipantHi there, I am using Calendar event pro. However, the list of events does not display in order of date. Please see attachment.
As you will see the earlier date of April is at the bottom. How do i change it so that the earlier events appear at the top and so os. Must be a simple way? thanls

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
I see that you are running older versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro – can you first try updating to the current versions (4.6.13 and 4.4.24.4 respectively)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions. After updating, please clear out the cache from within the WP Fastest Cache plugin to make sure that you are seeing the current versions of the pages.
If you are still running into this issue, please try running through these steps to test for any conflicts that might be occurring between your theme and other plugins. If you don’t have a testing site already, the WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Please let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi Jennifer, thank you for your response. I updated the Calendar pro but the problem continued. I also updated the fastest cache which didn’t resolve the problem either.
This has happened before and a tech person did it for me but he is away. It keeps happening periodically.
Any other ideas? Thank you

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for updating everything! I would also recommend clearing out the cache within the plugin to make sure that you are seeing the current version of the page. Since I am not able to recreate this same issue locally, I suspect there is something else on your site that is conflicting with one of our plugins. Were you able to find anything in your conflicts testing?

Thanks so much!
