I added Event Tickets Plus to my cart but when I checked out it sold me the “cart” plugin instead. I retested to make sure I didn’t make a mistake and the same thing happened. Can you please get in touch with me about my order to get this resolved as I need the Event Tickets Plus plugin for the site that I am developing.

Looks like someone on our team accidentally renamed the Event Tickets Plus product to Cart.
I have changed it back.
I looked at your account and it looked like it correctly created a license for Event Tickets Plus even with the product name error.
Are you seeing it here under downloads:
Also do you see the license under this page:

Let me know and I can create a new licnese if not.
Also, the plugins do work without a license so you can download and install to get going. The license is only needed for automatic updates in the website.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.

November 6, 2017 at 6:54 am #1376051CrystalParticipantThank you of the quick reply. I do see it showing up as the Event Tickets Plus in the downloads now. I didn’t realize that I had purchased a business license for it previously which means this one wasn’t needed but my mistake there.
