Only for registered user to purchase ticket

Hi,

It it possible to sell the ticket for registered user only? In my website, members are registered by admin which also means that there’s no user registration/guest checkout in the website.

Yes! Using Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus you can activate the option to requiere users to log in before they RSVP (or buy tickets).
