GuestHello ,
Is it possible to display featured images in calendar listing or any other listing (day, month, map view etc) for featured events only ? For non-featured events I do not want to display the featured events in listing.
Can I hide it using CSS or is there any other way to do it ?Thanks,

KeymasterHi Gaurang,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
Dynamically displaying featured images based on whether or not the event is featured is not something that is available out of the box (for The Events Calendar or Events Calendar Pro), but you could do it with CSS or by customizing the templates for that view. I’d recommend taking a look at our themer’s guide as a place to start!
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jennifer

GuestOkay got it. Thank you for the reply.
I have another question.
I want users to upload normal/recurring events from frontend. I saw the following demo.
http://wpshindig.com/events/community/addIn above form I want to add some custom fields like new taxonomy, some text field ? Is it possible to do it ?
Thanks

KeymasterHi Gaurang,
Using Events Calendar Pro, you can create custom fields that will appear on all events, including in the Community Events form on the front end. However, adding additional taxonomies would require a bit of custom development.
If you decide you would like to have the coding done for you, we do also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact.
Let me know if you have any additional questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

GuestOkay Thanks for that.
I referred this article : https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
It says we can break off a single instance of recurring event and change content for that specific event only. This happens in backend. Is it also possible to do it on frontend ? Where user creates the recurring event and then he can edit individual instance of that recurring event ?
Thanks

KeymasterWhile users can create and edit recurring events from the front end, it is not currently possible to break an event from the series and edit it separately using the Community Events interface (on the front end). This would have to be done at the admin level, but it could be done from the backend on events that were submitted via the front end.
I can see how this feature would be beneficial – I would recommend posting this over in our Feature Ideas Forum. This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
