One-way sync (not manual import) from Event Cal to Google Cal

Hi, I saw a post that gave instructions for importing events between Event cal and several other calendar systems, but I’m wondering about true syncing, even if it’s just one way.

Ideally, I’d like our Google calendar to be able to “subscribe” to our websites Event Calendar and have it retrieve events that are posted.

Is this possible?

With Event Aggregator, you can set up a Scheduled Import, so that events are pulled from your Google Calendar on a daily, hourly, or other custom schedule.

If you’d like true subscribing abilities, users can subscribe to your calendar via RSS.  You can read more about that here:

Hello, this didn’t answer my question. I asked about the syncing in the other direction.

I want to be able to pull events FROM the event calendar TO Google calendar.

Unless the aggregator can also import data such as venue/event space,
organizer and the \”post\” body data with links and formatting, from somewhere in a Google calendar, then please let me know this. The goal is to only need to update ONE calendar manually at all.

Hi Michelle,

You can export events from the calendar on your site to your Google Calendar using the Export Button, as seen here:

Also, with Event Aggregator, you can import your events (including venue data) from your Google Calendar to your site calendar.

You can also import from other sources and can import a bunch of content at one time (like your venues and organizers) via CSV.
