You should be able to get this set up with Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus using recurring events. Technically, Event Tickets Plus does not support recurring events because it will treat tickets on recurring events as the same ticket. So, if someone added a ticket for the 10th and then one for the 24th, they would get 1 ticket with a quantity of 2 in their cart.
However, it sounds like that’s what you need here! You could create an event for Workshop 1 on the 10th, set it to recur on the 24th, and then just name the ticket in a way that made it clear to users it was the same ticket.
