Not working on mobile

    Hi, Everything seems to work fine on desktop. However when you try to purchase tickets on mobile and proceed to check out it fails to import the tickets and just says cart is empty? Please can you help?

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    I wasn’t able to reach your site so I couldn’t test it. I ran a test on my test site and all went well over my mobile phone.

    As a first step can you please go through our conflict testing guide and see if that uncovers anything?

    Let me know the results and we’ll untangle this.

    If you are logged in it works, its when you aren’t logged in it doesn’t work!

    New users are adding items to their cart trying to checkout and its not showing any items in cart.

    If they register and log in it works!

    The register feature is disabled though?
