not working in community submissions

    Hi, I’ve updated, and since (as far as I can tell), community submissions are having a problem with images. We don’t allow them to upload to our gallery for size/speed issues, so we’ve asked them to use tags in their posts to pull in images from their own sites or wherever.

    However, when trying to embed an tag, either manually or using the toolbar, it shows up, but once the event is submitted the tag and image disappear. The user can manually re-add the image by going back to edit their event, but only under the WordPress editing screen, not the standard community editing screen (hope that makes sense). Then it’ll show up–but they shouldn’t be having this issue in the first place.

    any idea what’s up?

    Thanks for using our plugins, and welcome back to the forums, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:

    -First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. I was unable to replicate this issue in my testing environment, so I need to rule out some possibilities here with your specific configuration.
    -Can you send me a screenshot of the error messages your users get when trying to upload images? I think I may be able to point you in the right direction here, but I need to confirm some suspicions. 🙂
