    Hi,

    If we choose not to email out tickets to an event and switch them off in the settings tab, is it possible to amend the confirmation email that goes out on payment being received to remove the line about ‘Your tickets will be emailed separately”. And also – is it possible to customise this confirmation email for each event (eg. sometimes we have physical tickets provided by the venue that we need to mail – so we’d like to tell them specific details about that but only if they’ve bought tickets to that event.)

    Secondly – if we delete people (perhaps test entries but also anyone who now can’t come) – how can we delete them so they no longer show in the totals? In some places they go but in others they are still included – both within event tickets and woo commerce.

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.

    The tickets email comes from our plugin, however the confirmation email does come from WooCommerce, so you may have to customize through WooCommerce.
