Not sending confirmation email

    Hi I have looked over the email tab in settings for Woo commerce tickets and it looks like it should be sending a confirmation email once the order is completed. I am getting nothing. What can I check??

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Are other WooCommerce emails being sent from the site? If not, try following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if there is a potential conflict occurring.
