ParticipantHi,
I have purchased Events Tickets Plus. I am able to add tickets to my event with no issue. I have added a Fieldset and chose that Fieldset from the drop down. Saved ticket and updated event. When I go to the site to purchase the ticket I add the ticket to the cart. Click checkout. I never get presented the Fieldset choices that I setup on the backend. Should those choices be on the Cart page or the Checkout page? If not, how does the user choose what meal preference they want, one of the Fieldsets.August 21, 2017 at 9:58 pm #1338405Cliff
MemberHi, Jimmie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
The Event Tickets Plus Attendee Meta fields should show up appear right where the ticket quantity is changed from 0 to 1, 1 to 2, etc. and should display once per quantity input.
Since this isn’t currently a known issue, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out. If you can’t figure it out, please send a link to this event so I can try it out in my own browser.
Thanks.

MemberThanks for your effort and the details.
Could you please link me to an event where this isn’t working for you — and also send a screenshot of this ticket’s settings in the event’s wp-admin edit screen?

MemberThank you. I am guessing the issue stems from your theme. Could you please activate a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc. and then allow me to check that same event again?
