    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Visitors who book on the website do not receive a confirmation email.
    If I am logged in as an admin, I will receive a confirmation email.

    How should we solve this

    Hi there,

    I have seen this in the past and its something you may want to speak to your hosting company about to see if there is some type of restriction.

    Hi Brandan,

    It is not our server because if we are logged in as admin in WordPress the messages will come in our inbox. But there are no confirmations as a visitor.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for email support and sorry you are having issues. If its not the email server, then it sounds like there is a conflict. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
